CHAPTER CHALLEGE RIDE -  FORT WORDEN IN PORT TOWNSEND 

DATE/TIME: Saturday 8/26 with KSU at 8:30 AM from park and ride. Ferry ride at 9:35am

DEPART LOCATION: Ash Way Park and Ride off 164th Street in Lynnwood.

 

Steve Brooks is doing an alternative option for the 4th Saturday ride. We will do one of the Chapter Challenges by going to Fort Worden at Port Townsend.

Meet at the Ash Way Park and Ride off 164th Street in LynnwoodSaturday 8/26 with KSU at 8:30 AM for a ride to the Edmonds Ferry Terminal to be on the 9:35 AM Ferry.

After crossing the Hood Canal Bridge will head up through Port Ludlow to Port Townsend. After getting our Chapter Challenge photo will head to Fat Smitty’s at Discovery Bay for lunch.

BRING CASH for LUNCH as Fat Smitty’s does not take credit cards! After lunch will head back to Kingston Ferry and home.
Please purchase your ferry tickets in advance to make things faster at the terminal. Bring cash for lunch since Fat Smitty’s does not take credit cards! They do have an ATM inside.
Bring a Discover Pass for Fort Worden or a day pass can be purchased at park if need be.
